Absolute Internship

Our mission is to assemble students worldwide to the Team Absolute Intern by identifying and recruiting them globally, allowing them to empower their careers, personal capabilities and gain a golden experience in a new environment. Through our services, we will support the students in their career success and achievements.

Absolute Internship Co. Ltd. was founded by two European college students while studying in China. The students wanted to create something special, unique, to help other students find an internship, preferably in China in order for international students to gain a valuable international experience they wouldn't come across back home. They wanted students to be part of a team, because the team would always support and help each team member - Team Absolute Intern was created.

The goal was to create a "team-feeling" among all students. Absolute Internship started to arrange weekly activities for students who wanted to be part of Team Absolute Intern. The purpose of these activities was to meet, play soccer, poker or simply go to the restaurant and then discuss their future career goals and how and where they could be met. Time passed by, and connections were made with companies in Shanghai and in Asia willing to undertake members from Team Absolute Intern. This was a great success for the founders of Absolute Internship.

The connections within companies increased more and more, and the founders decided to commercialize Absolute Internship. They started to charge a small fee for each team member they could send on an internship. After almost a year, the founders decided to work entirely for Absolute Internship. An office was then open in Hong Kong and in Shanghai, where most of the activity is based, and a website was launched.

Since then, Absolute Internship and the Team Absolute Intern have become global and expanded their operations to the most exciting and interesting parts of the world, allowing not only European students, but students of all nationalities to have an honest change to secure internship in one of the most magnificent cities in the world.

Enrollment in the Team Absolute Intern continues to expand, proof that students worldwide are having fantastic experiences and are spreading the word about our winning team.
Team Absolute Intern

We want to you to feel part of our Team Absolute Intern and experience our unique team feeling. You are not a number for us but a valuable team member that we support and help anywhere at anytime. We are proud of our team. Therefore, we still arrange activities weekly for our team members and potential new members in our new headquarter in Shanghai where most of our members choose to do their internship. In addition, we have a Team Blog, Twitter channel, Facebook group and a Youtube channel where our team members can communicate by photos, videos and messages with each other. However, poker nights, soccer matches and networking events in bars and restaurants are still our key activities where we all meet and discuss our future career goals and help each other. Because that's what Team Absolute Intern is all about.
