Active Assistance provides the very best live-in care for adults and children with physical disabilities.

Because our service operates throughout England and Wales, there is lots of opportunity for travel whilst working with us. Our head office is in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Active Assistance, a UK based care agency, provides a live-in care service for physically disabled adults and children, specialising in supporting people with a spinal cord injury. We assign a like minded live-in carer to work under our clients direction, enabling them to live independently in their own home.

Duration / Dates

We ask for a six month commitment. Assignments last for 3 weeks and then you can have a couple of days to a couple of weeks off between each assignment. Perfect for travelling around Europe as you also build up paid holiday.

Costs / Pay

We provide training and accommodation while you are training with us and an enhanced criminal record check, in return for a committment of 6 months.

You will be assigned to assist a client with their everyday needs on a three-week cycle and allow them to be independent in their own homes. • Maintain full residential care for your assigned client, including all personal care and domestic duties

Personal Care Assistant / Health Care Assistant Person Specification:
• Full driving licence
• Ability to work a flexible pattern
• Dedication and a desire to help our clients

In return for your amazing work as one of our Personal Care Assistants, you will receive full training and a strong support network of nurses and former PAs, ready to provide help and advice whenever you need it. We will meet the cost of your training and accommodation during your training period, and you’ll also be able to study for additional qualifications whilst you work with us.
