iSPiiCE directly contribute to the sustainable development of rural Indian communities. We provide our volunteers with meaningful and socially responsible opportunities for travel, service and cultural exchange.

As an intermediary organization iSPiiCE introduce volunteers to work on community projects relating to education, social work, care and Women's Empowerment. We operate in the KangraValley in Himachal Pradesh state, north India.

iSPiiCE recruit on behalf of independent projects in India which are carefully selected to ensure volunteers have a quality experience. Volunteer work is carried at the grass roots level giving you the chance to make real connections with local communities and make a real difference to the their lives while at the same time gaining valuable insights into Indian culture.

iSPiiCE understand that volunteers based in India would also like to experience its geographical diversity and spectacular scenery and as an iSPiiCE volunteer you get the chance to combine work activities with travel in India, visiting some of India's most treasured landmarks. Excursions are included to the Taj Mahal in Agra, the GoldenTemple in Amritsar and a Trek in the Himalayan mountain range.
