Origin provides live-in care services for young adults with a spinal injury who want to live an independent lifestyle in their own home, taking responsibility for the everyday choices that most of us take for granted. Origin live-in carers or PAs, as they are known, help enable independent living and lifestyle choices to be a reality not just a pipedream. Origin is looking for people to join their close, friendly and well paid team, now, and have long and short term vacancies available across the UK.

The Job
- You will work a rota pattern, typically 2 weeks on and 1 week off
- Free food and accommodation whilst working
- You will support Origin’s clients in everyday activities such as driving, cooking, dressing and shopping
- You will receive £490 per week and free travel to placements
- You must hold a full driving licence and be a confident driver

Origin’s Clients
Origin clients are typically aged from 25 to 55, both male and female. Many work full time or part time and lead busy social lives. Vacancies like this one will give you a feel for the type of people they are and the lives they lead.

Hi, my name’s Christina. I need a Personal Care Assistant (PA) to help me live in my own home, enjoy a busy social life and work as a full time lecturer. Because of a car accident some years ago I have a spinal injury that means I need help with everyday things that I once took for granted. I am quite easy going but do need you to be a good driver, a reasonably good cook and have a sense of humour...and you should like pets as I have a small dog.
