This affordable course is available to anyone interested in gaining the all important skills, knowledge and experience necessary to become a professional hotel receptionist, anywhere in the world.

During the course of 4 weeks, you will learn how to fully understand and use a hotel computer programme (similar to Fidelio Opera), welcome guests, become familiar with Hotel terminology , be able to take reservations, check-in, check-out, introduction to Hotel Accounts, Sales & Marketing and all other relevant skills required in order to start work as front house hotel receptionist.

Not only will you learn theoretically how everything works in hotels, you will also be able practise on a fully functional re-build of a hotel reception desk.

You can choose either an early morning training from 8.00-12.00 or an afternoon class from 16.00-20.00 giving you the opportunity to earn a living whilst studying.

Duration

4 weeks, 80 hours of training. Part time, chose between the morning or the afternoon course. The morning course runs from Monday to Friday 8 am to12 noon, and the afternoon course from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Start Dates

The next Hotel Receptionist course starts on Monday, 3rd of May 2010 and will be held at our Training Academy located at 16 Brune Street, less than 10 minutes walk from Liverpool Street Station.
