Summer camps in the USA are like no place on earth. They provide children of all ages with a huge range of amazing, fun and interactive programs and activities to help develop themselves, whilst at the same time having an incredible Summer. As a counselor, you will have already had an insight into the impact a session at camp can have on a child. This program is designed to help applicants to see the running of camp from a 'behind the scenes' view point. From learning about the marketing of a summer camp and dealing with parents, to experiencing the business side of a camp and staff recruitment. You will get to learn about every aspect of working in this incredible industry.

How do I apply?

* Complete the Smaller Earth online profile
* Submit a copy of your CV
* Submit a letter introducing yourself to camp. This should include your work experience, why you are looking for a longer position at a camp, and what you hope to gain from this experience

Accommodation

Accommodation will be assisted by your camp. It may be on camp, or just a small commute away.
